Cycle planning!
Hy guys,
i need your expert opinion on my cycle plan: i purchased 20ml Deca-Durabolin, 20ml Sustanon, 20ml Testo *Proprionate and Vitamin b12 Amino Injectable, that i heard it can help. Clomid and Nolvadex for the post-cycle. Can you please give me a hand? I have been reading your posts and *the quantities there writen were somewhat diferent from the plan *given to me. Thanks a lot! hey bro, can you tell me what the amount per mg is for the Deca and sustanon,
Is it 100mg/ml for the deca and 250mg/ml for the sustanon? |

It's 200ml Deca and 250ml Susta. Proprionate is 100ml. What about Vitamin b12, do you know anything about its effects? |
This is how I would do it, although with the Sustanon you don't have to run the Prop. As for Vit b12, I have never used it so cannot comment on it's usage, but I'm sure someone will be along to let you know.
weeks 1-4: test prop 100mg/eod 1-10: Sustanon 500mg/week 1-10: Deca 400/week 1-10: adex 1mg/e3d pct week 13 - 14:clomid 50mg/ed nolva 40mg/ed 15 - 16: nolva 20mg/ed clomid 50mg/ed Hope this helps CC |

I just have to ask you about "adex", you mean Nolvadex, right? How would you divide the dosis per week? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday? I'm hitting the gym 3x week because of my schedule, should I try to go more often during the cycle? Thanks again. Yours truly, M |
"Adex" is Arimidex or Anastrozole.
Its an Aromatase inhibitor. Keeps estrogen down, reducing the side effects and also keeping the bloat off. Normally used at anything from 0.5mg E3D's to 1mg ED. With the aid of the Test you will be recovering much faster, so why not take advantage of this. You can still overtrain mind, but there is definately room for another day, maybe two, depending on how you are recovering. |
