What is the best way to take Clen.?

day 1 2 tabs day 2 3 tabs day 3 4 tabs and so on till your at 5 tabs week 1 week 2 6 tabs week 3 7 tabs week 4-6 none week 7 5 tabs week 8 6 tabs week 9 7 tabs this is the info i found... im on week two... hope that helps you |
I`ve found it works different with everybody.
I start at 40mg then build up to 160mg and use for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Using any different doesn`t seem to work for me. |
Like Mark_T said everyones different, my peak is also 160mcg for 2 weeks on and 2 off, but amte of mine can only just handle 100mcg!

I was told to do 2 days on 2 days off, but it didn't seem to do much. I'm now doing 2 weeks at a time with dieting and cardio and I've dropped a stone in 5 weeks.

i normally start it on 40mcg and go up by 40mcg ED until i get to 160mcg , i do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off , after your 2 weeks off start again at the level you finished on , you dont need to build it back up.
If 160mcg is too much for you go down by 20mcg ED until you find a level your happy with. I take all mine 1st thing in the morning , alot of people say its best to spread it out during the day but for me all in one upon rising is best ! Just have a play and see how you feel , you will soon find what works best for you. |
Non trainin days I take them in the morning, trainin days I take about 40 minutes before trainin. You seriously get a major sweat going.
