Can someone recommend a cycle for me?

I am 38 years old, 6'2", 190 pounds with about 15% bodyfat. I do cardio and weights 4-5 times a week. I am fairly lean but would like to have some muscle. I have never taken anabolic steroids before.

Looking for some advice on a super safe cycle to give me a lean muscular look.
