Today was second dose test e
so im in my first week
Most likely most of this is mental BUT
15% increase bench
50% increase curls and triceps pushdowns
Arms and shoulders,chest visibly look bigger and I can feel a rather solid pump in my arms that I cant remember
So is it the gear, mental. or that my workout has become better BECAUSE i dont want to waste the gear.
Anyone else see a change that fast? Remember Im 55 so not a young buck
