you are going to lose weight regardless bc all the water you hold while on. but keep the aggression in the gym, the protein, and the calories UP! youll prob gain alittle fat, but it IS possible to keep the strength gains. dont let your mental attitude change bc you are off, just keep giving it 110%!

Sorry it took so long to reply, I work out of town 2 to 3 days week. Thanks for the info, that's my problem, I haven't been eating and drinking my protein shakes like I should. I got to get back on track. Thanks guys.
