I think the best way, long term, to solidify gains is to treat your training as a long term venture. Build slowly, lose slowly. You have to expect to lose some size and strength short term along the way, whether you cycle AAS or not. With muscle memory and improved training and knowledge of training and diet and how you react to both you will get bigger and stay bigger as you age anyway (within reason obviously). |

![]() Forever ![]() At least 35 years, if not longer. Not really a bodybuilder as such. Done all sorts. But always trained with weights. Never gonna stop either! BTW I do understand why people want to get huge. But unless you compete or you have some other real reason for jeopardising your health I just think it's wise to rein back a bit and treat it as a long term venture. None of us when we're young can imagine getting old. But it happens and you don't want to regret fucking yourself up when you're young just for an extra couple of inches of muscle here and there. I want to get to be around 190 or so. But fit. Since I have trouble getting the fat gone, and building muscle, my hope a kick start will help get me where I want to go, and then it's a matter of keeping it there.
