anavar dosage splitting
 

hey guys what would be the best way to split up 50mg capsules of anavar..tabs would be no problem but i am not sure the best way to do it with the caps..i just want to make sure i get an even dosage and some people have told me if there is alot of filler it may be hard to do,and also can you put in in your pre-workout drinks or protein shakes..thanks guys

Fave pre workout drink is BSN No-Xplode,
Personally with Anavar caps I would take one cap twice a day so you get 100mg per day, I've found this to be the best dosage.
You can use more if money permits, up to 200mg per day gives excellent results

hey cc thanks for the info but this is my first time with anavar do you think the 100 mg's would be a bit much

How many cycles have you done previously?
My first anavar cycle was with 50mg capsules and I started at 1 x 50mg tab once a day and it did very little, I put the dosage up to 100mg a day and it was great!
If you want to split the dosage the only thing to do is get some of the 10mg tabs, I wouldn't want to try splitting a capsule! Or just try it at 1 cap per day
