Default I'm 43 and need help getting in the best shape of my life!

I am 43yo, 6'2", 195 lbs and eat very healthy.

Over the last three years, I have lost 75 pounds naturally. I go to the gym five times a week and do thirty minutes of cardio and one hour of weights.

I am in very good shape -- but I want better.

I am still thick around the middle and don't hold onto a lot of muscle. I am dieting and trying to lose another 10 pounds.

Are steroids or supplements the key?

post here your current training routine.

as far as the cardio better do it in the morning on empty stomach for 30-40 minutes, you will be amazed of results!

Hey Bro
Im an older guy myself.

If you decide on using juice keep it light first time around.
My first time I used a legat (at the time) pro hormone called Tren extreme and was amazed at the results.

In my opinion you should first work on the weight issue
before using testosterone unless you plan to include a lot of cardio and strict diet...which will hamper your muscle growth so see why its better to deal with your weight first?
Anyone that has tried to gain muscle and loose weight at the same time will tell you that is doing it the hard way

Why dont you start by giving us your stats
weight height, body fat, or waist size...and them members will be better able to advise you

195 at 6 2 ? doesnt sound like your fat lol

What are your goals?

You want to get BIG or just harden up what you have?


Test-e @ 400 mg a week for 9 weeks

Anavar 30 to 40 mg a day for first 5 weeks

Many will say use just the test and the young bulls will all say use 500 mgs of test....but if your waist is still big 400 is better imo at your age. The young guys around here dont yet understand about how our metabolism slows way down once we pass 30 years lol

This is a light cycle but will produce results with a high protein diet. You want to go to Walmart and get some Advances Body Fortress Whey Protein use with milk Three times a day to total 200 grams of protein. Remember..each once of low fat milk gives an extra gram of protein
Eat whole grain carbs...no white flour or junk food. Drink plenty of water and take a multy vitamin/mineral each day with food
DIET is KEY when using anabolics its just as important as weight lifting !
Get Body Building work out advise!
Train only one body part a day ( exception is train biceps on pull days and triceps on push days)

To me it looks like your focus has just been wait loss. Its not easy to build muscle while losing weight. Normally I would say forget using AAS and concentrate on more of a muscle building type diet. However your not a 20 year old. Being older, like me, I would recommend a change in your diet. One to accommodate a huge increase in muscle mass and up to 500mgs per week of Test to start with.

You'll find that there's a lot of us older guys around at various levels who all want to help,so post up some more info current diet, workout style, etc.

Have you try to change your routine. Probably your body get use to whatever you was doing. I'm not a fan of crossfit but does work for some people. You may want to try that too. I'm powerlifter myself and don't really care too much about the abs region as long is tight and strong. Some extra supplement will help but is not always the solution.
