shoulder press machine 8reps@20kg eachside 8reps@40kg eachside 8reps@60kg eachside 6reps@80kg eachside (personal best) 8reps@60kg eachside 8reps@40kg eachside luckly my mate was just going on the shoulder press machine so i had a training partner on here, he lifted it on the 80kg for me and i pushed out 6reps!! very pleased seated shoulder press db 8reps@20kg 8reps@30kg front raises db 8reps@15kg 8reps@30kg side raises db 2sets, 8reps@15kg hang/clean and press 8reps@25kg, 8reps@40kg lever shrugs 8reps@40kg eachside, 8reps@60kg eachside, 8reps@80kg eachside, 8reps@60kg eachside, 8reps@40kg eachside Last edited by sniper300c; 10-15-2011 at 12:13 AM. |
