Robbies Training log
 
Hi all,

Right well ive decided to start a fresh training log , my old one was getting less and less and with all the personnal probs that where going on i was having trouble sticking to it.

So here we are a new training log :)

im aiming to update it after every training session no matter how small and update with a progress pic once a month.
Not really setting myself any goals at the minute , just want to get back into a good routine and as long as my pics seem to be progressing in sum way ill be happy :)

my stats at the minute are 11st 7 , 5foot 6/7 and 13.8%bf

my routine is ....

mon

4 x 8 Lunges
4 x 8 Bench Press
4 x 8 Pullups
4 x 8 Military Press
4 x 8 Barbell Curls
4 x 8 Ab crunches

wed

4 x 8 Deadlifts
4 x 8 Bent Over Rows
4 x 8 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
4 x 8 Lateral Raises
4 x 8 Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
4 x 8 Hammer Curls

Friday

3 x 12 Lunges
3 x 12 Dips
3 x 12 Chin-ups
3 x 12 Push Ups
3 x 12 Seated Calf Raises
3 x 12 Ab Crunches

ill also be doing cardio , 10 min cross trainer every morning before breakfast , 20min at night on tue n thurs and 10min before training , 10 min after training on mon , wed , friday.
Weekends will be completly off ....

Hi Andy , yeah starting too !

New Year, new start . No point thinking about the past , time to move on and my main focus is now on my training and adding some lean extra bulk !
I need to really up my food in take at the minute though as i went really low when i was cutting ....

4 x 8 Deadlifts 45kg (easy need to go up)
4 x 8 Bent Over Rows 55kg (fairly easy)
4 x 8 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press 22kg each DB (slightly heavier next time)
4 x 8 Lateral Raises 10kg Each DB
4 x 8 Dumbbell Tricep Extensions 14kg DB (easy)
4 x 8 Hammer Curls 14kg Each DB

Friday - DID IT ON SAT AS FRIDAY WAS MISSED

3 x 12 Lunges - 10kg each dumb bell
3 x 12 Dips - Body weight
3 x 12 Chin-ups - Body weight
3 x 12 Push Ups - Body weight
3 x 12 Standing Calf Raises 22kg Each DB
3 x 12 Ab Crunches

I allready have a training log on EnglishMuscle and Musclechat so ile probabley just stick to posting it up on there to be honest :o

well ive dropped the FB workouts and im now doing a 3 day split. chest and arms , back and shoulders , legs and core .

Trained chest and arms today , not real heavy weights but it was a good work out :)

Flat bench 12 x 45kg, 10 x 60kg, 8 x 70kg .... Next week ill be aiming for 10 x 70kg :)

Flies - 3 sets of 10 x 14kg DB each hand

3 Crate Push Ups - 3 sets of 10 x bodyweight + 20kg plate ... this was a killer lol

EZ bar Curls - 3 sets 10 x 35kg

Tricep push down - 3 sets 10 x 80lbs

Hammer Curls - 2 sets 10 x 18kg DB's

I was tired at the end of this , need to increase my weight more but soon ill be back on form ..

Nice mate! Similar to my 3 day split but mines like this:

Back/Shoulders
Chest/Biceps
Legs/triceps

I should really start doing stomache crunches etc as my stomache/lower back have the most fat on, lol.

was knackered last night but still got round to training ... not the best session ive ever had but it was enough ....

Lat pull down beheind head to neck - 10 x 100lbs , 10 x 120lbs , 8 x 140lbs

Upright rows - 3 sets 10 x 50kg

single arm row - 3 sets 10 x 25kg

shoulder press - 3 sets 10 x 16kg

front raises - 3 sets 10 x 12kg

If THAT is what 12% looks like, Id be very happy at 15% lol.

But twelve looks great. The older you get the tougher it is so keep that waist and youll be looking good at my age.
