Quest for abs
My goals: visible abs, maintain muscle mass and strength
Starting stats: 95kg, around 20% BF Diet: Breakfast - 4 whole eggs + 3 egg whites + 50mg of oats + banana Shake #1 - 35g of protein with 1.5% milk Lunch - 250g of chicken + vegetables Snack - tuna, yogurt, ham, ... at least 50g of protein Shake #2 - same as the #1 Dinner - same as my lunch Last meal - cottage cheese right before bed Cardio: 30 minute of jogging 3x a week before breakfast Training: not sure yet. |
