Wrap with one scrambled egg, tomato, cheese, asparagus speers (2) snack hard boiled egg lunch I was out so this was a Sonic junior deluxe cheeseburger snack granola bar dinner still had some leftover deer so, Deer, zucchini, squash, a little elbow pasta and tomato sauce. snack hard boiled egg Also 2 glasses of White Zinfandel ( I like Zinfandel) supplements 2 mega men vitamins 1 cap taurine 1 can milkthisle 1 creatine drink workout Arms Drop sets curls sets starting at 100lbs ez bar dropping 5 lbs each failure to bottom out at 65 lbs triceps cable push downs starting at 150 and dropping 10 pounds ( one plate) at failure until I get to 50 lbs gear nothing today Good news, I went to a new doc today for shoulder checkup and he is renewing my script for testosterone cyp at 300mg a week ( ill adjust that) so a 10 mil vial at walmart pharmacy cost 8 bucks with my insurance |

Logs are going to change for the next three weeks
Im on the island of St martin French West Indies and the logs will all be combined here fore the time period. They will basically be the same day to day:cool: Diet Breakfast poached eggs or eggs Benedict. Champagne and orange juice Lunch Something at one of the great restaurants snack several Carib beers at least one Mai tai Dinner Escargot and a great dinner more champagne and a couple of after dinner glasses of port Workout swimming, scuba diving, ocean kayaking , Supplements 1 cap Taurine 1 cap milk thistle 2 mega men vitamins lots of vitamin D (laying in sun with the beach runner bringing more beer when I run out) occasional Viagra :D gear could not take any with me cardio sex, sex, and uh, oh yeah, more sex. three weeks |

Vacation over
So I start back hard Monday ( tomorrow) Gained about 6 lbs while on vacation. Had boat loads of fun though. So now to get back in shape for next year. Im 59 this October so I have a little over a year to get in shape for my first contest Ill be starting in the master's class of course ( old guys) but it will be an experience of a lifetime. I found I was in better shape than just about all the other guys at the beach which surprised me. Many are office weenies that clearly never get out in the sun. They were white as snow the first day they got there and looked like a lobster a couple days later. Then there were the old guys like me age wise but way way out of shape. Funny thing about these vacations and we go every year to the same place. Seems Im there only a day and I start getting job offers to go back to Iraq. Got three this time while on vacation. Happens every time im on vacation and between contracts. Havent decided on this one yet, Baghdad as a PSD designated marksman and canine handler. |
