breakfast one egg scrambled 4 oz ground sausage 1 oz cheese one flour tortilla wrap to hold it all lunch 2 hard boiled eggs one small tomato one half cucumber 1 teaspoon olive oil dinner tuna fish sandwich ( tuna. one egg, small green onion, one tblspoon mayo workout 30 mins cardio drop sets bench press 3 sets to failure , start at 165 and drop 5 lbs at each fail until im down to 135. bench is less due to shoulder injury recovery 30 mins cardio at night supplements mega men vitamins gear 120 mg clen 50 mg t3 |

Cardio day Since my schedule got a little off. I normally do cardio Saturday and Sunday but im off a day.

Wrap with one scrambled egg, tomato, cheese, asparagus speers (2) snack hard boiled egg lunch I was out so this was a Sonic junior deluxe cheeseburger snack granola bar dinner still had some leftover deer so, Deer, zucchini, squash, a little elbow pasta and tomato sauce. snack hard boiled egg Also 2 glasses of White Zinfandel ( I like Zinfandel) supplements 2 mega men vitamins 1 cap taurine 1 can milkthisle 1 creatine drink workout Arms Drop sets curls sets starting at 100lbs ez bar dropping 5 lbs each failure to bottom out at 65 lbs triceps cable push downs starting at 150 and dropping 10 pounds ( one plate) at failure until I get to 50 lbs gear nothing today Good news, I went to a new doc today for shoulder checkup and he is renewing my script for testosterone cyp at 300mg a week ( ill adjust that) so a 10 mil vial at walmart pharmacy cost 8 bucks with my insurance |
