Ogy's Training Log
6 Weeks till my favourite run series Brooks HellRunner Series
Kinda starts a season of trail and fell runs for me lasting till Feb I ran the Yorkshire 3 peaks some 10 weeks ago and have done little since resting an injured right knee so it's 6 hard weeks for me now to get back up to scratch. Currently about a stone and half over my ideal running weight so thought I'd start a log to motivate myself HERE WE GO: 1/08/2010 12 Stone 4.5 mile trail run - untimed, steady pace (planned 10miles but it's tooooo bloody muggy) Straight into 6 mile mountain bike ride - untimed, fast pace mix of road and trail Last edited by ogy; 08-01-2011 at 08:31 PM. |

10.5 mile beasty mtb road/trail ride,
planned to run and bike but my left knee has started giving me attitude now so extended my ride. Feeling good though!!!

Proper gym sesh
Chest, back and some legs twice in one week GGGGGRRRRrrrrrrrrr No cardio today as my legs are sore as fook
