About me
I am stay at home mom who trains at home, My style is strength/powerlifting oriented M/W/F Stronglifts FBW plus assistance Tue/Thurs Zuzkacut cardio. Since I got my stuff gbn I put on 13lbs and broke 200lbs on deadlifts and squat 1XBW I weight 143lbs 5'4 and bodyfat is between 18-20%. Today I deadlifted 225lbsx4:D edit: I just started 50mgs of primo a week. Using the win to kick start the cycle . Since I am bloating some with win I will be dropping in a couple of weeks. I tried Var I fcking hate var. Two times the bloat and bad acne. I like winnie over var and primo over winnie. pics from the first two weeks of starting cycle |

Ass and legs back abs Abs are doing pretty well atm. I am mainly concerned with strength though. Dont get me wrong I want to lean out a bit more, But I want to be stronger and faster and leaner

Pics update
Progress? Been Super Busy with lifting and taking care of energetic 3 year old. Deadlift Pr 225lbs X4 I still need to cut some bf and bring up rear delts, triceps and calves. I just added some new exercises last week to working on the lagging muscles. |

Back is actually clearer atm, take hair skin and nails vitamins and helps alot. eazy I eat a low to moderate carb intake, I do not tolerate carbs very well, I was insulin resistant and gestation diabetes, things are somewhat better now, however I over shoot insulin when eating carbs:( So right now i am carb cycling, 2 high carb loads a week. then lower 50-70g carbs on low carb days(1950calories) high carb 250g total of 2250 calories that worked well with me before when I got to 17%bf Protein is 1.6 grams per body weight. I have gained 15lbs since starting.:D My diet now is pretty clean and healthy where as before I was eating buffet foods on the weekend in the back pics. the abs and leg pics are when I start carb cycling TDEE is 2400 calories |
Dam girl lookign good big change in bodyfat levels back is comign along a hell of a alot great legs and ass to start with that got better to :) Big props nice to see a girl take an intrest into this stuff and not just jog on a treadmill :D
