off today to busy with the move and work

Wow, what a summer it has been lots of BS and lots of good too time to get back to my log.
I have been training all summer at least 3 times a week still trying to super set some body parts, growth has been good and i have been working on getting 3 cardio actives in a week i'm in week 3 of PCT and feel great , although i have been bridging with whinny this whole time just no injects but im off all compounds as on Monday past. im headed to the gym today to train legs and weigh in |

think i finally found a rep range that kill my legs and its around 15 reps .
im also doing some balance ball training in my leg work out .. ie . squats 4x15 then super set with balance bal squats holding a 25 lb plate for 4x20 reps ... weighed in at 196lbs with my shorts and shoes on ! |

train chest and back so far this week sets were good new training partner is really motivated and knowledgeable which helps for sure did a crazy 10x10 set for calves and i'm crippled lol and did a abs day on Wednesday and 30 mins Cardio which felt really solid Tomorrow will be shoulders and Cardio assuming i can run lol i can barley walk today haha |
Did the should routine tonight it was great and it had been a while since i did it excatly as outlined its soo good
also have started this ab routine ill do it a couple times a week Hanging leg raises 3 X 12 Rope crunches 3 X 12 seated leg raises 3 X 12 decline crunches 3 X 12 + 3 sets of planks till failure |
