Pec Deck: 4 x 12 - 6 Cable crossovers:(reversed so going from down to up crossing just below chest) 3 x 12 - 8 then finishing with a drop set Cable crossovers:(normal) 3 x 12 -6 and fininshing with a drop set Flat bench press: 2 x 10 - 6 Thought I'd try this to see what it was like!, Have to say the pump was awsome! |

Chest and Biceps
Warm-up: 3 x 10, 2, 2 Bench press: 3 x 6 - 7(drop sets) Incline Bench Press: 2 x 6 - 7(drop sets) Dips: 2 x to failure Concentration Curls: 3 x 8, 6, 6(drop sets) Dumbell Curls: 2 x 8, 6(drop sets) This is an excellent routine if you want a change, works really well |
Legs
Warm up: Leg press - 3 x 10, 2, 2 Leg Press: 2 x 6 Hack squat: 3 x 10 Leg extension: 3 x 12 Leg curl: 2 x 8 Pulled my calf muscle while doing leg presses, thats why there's only 2 sets! And shit it hurts! Next shot - 250mg of Testoviron, 200mg Tren Enanthate. |
Shoulders and Triceps
All drop sets. Warm up - 3 x 10, 2 and 2 Dumbell press: 3 x 6, 7 and 7 Upright rows: 2 x 7 and 6 Side laterals: 2 x 8 and 6 Bench dips: 3 x 8, 8 and 7 Rope pushdown: 2 x 8 and 6 Job done! Next shot of Test E at 250mg and Tren E at 200mg |

Warm up - Deadlifts 3 x 10, 2 and 2 Deadlift: 3 x 6 Bent rows: 2 x 6 That was it, could do no more! |
