AND SO IT BEGINS...Since I started getting back into things, the first 2 days of my "diet" I dropped 9lbs of weight, most likely all water...yes im in that bad of shape:(, so far i been very sore but feeling great:), as of right now on my training days I just train what ever body part that is not sore, im thinking in about another week or so I will be able to hit each muscle once a week and be on my regular training plan again, I dont go by what I weight I go by how I look, will be keeping everyone posted.:cool:

running:

primobolan depot 600mgs/EW
prop 100mgs/ED
deca 400mgs/EW

after 12 weeks or so of deca I will drop it and add EQ, tren and mast

yesterday was a super hard day for me I was sooo fukin sore, so bloated and almost puked couple times trying to get my meals in, I went from eating maybe twice a day to eating 5 meals a day with 3 shakes, I was eating my lean ground turkey and just could not get it down.... so what did I do...LOL, I blended it up with water and downed it, OMG dont try that, so now I think im gonna make my meals a tad smaller and eat a few more times a day and see how that works, Im also gonna add in a cheat meal once a week, I shoulda eased my way into this diet, but thats too late now lol, will check back in a a day or two

I have decided to drop the dbols and add primo also dropped the deca down to 400mgs/EW, after I got out of the hospital 1.5-2 years ago my body just isnt the same as it use to be, I dont wanna push it with orals, especially when im running accutane with my cycle, I definitely dont wanna end back in there with another kidney issue, imo this is the safest way to go. After 12 weeks or so of deca my muscles should be back in decent shape and my joints should be nicely lubed up, I will then drop the deca, here is when the fun will start as I will be focusing on conditioning the muscles, Ill be adding EQ, tren and mast with my prop and primobolan.

oh as for my training in the gym, I am not able to follow my usually training splits yet as Im getting VERY sore for few days after so right now Im just training what ever muscles that aint sore, soon everything will fall into place and it will be back to normal:), Im not really counting reps, I just make sure I do 3-4 sets per exercise and 4 exercises per muscle group to failure (10-12 rep range).

FINALLY!!! I am able to train everyday now:p, the 4 days of being all sore is over LOL, so now the fun begins!!

New food prep pics, Changed it up this time, also merged all gear, supp and food prep pics to this post

- 6oz of proteins
- 1 cup of white rice
- 3/4 cup of veggies in this case broccoli

This meal I eat every 3 hours at the moment, in between I have a shake ------>(4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, skim milk and water to desire thickness, 1 scoop nitro-tech and teaspoon almond butter)

when my bf% goes down to where Im happy at, I will be upping my proteins 1 oz every 3-4 weeks, veggies to 1 cup and rice to 1 cup, then Ill adjust it up or down accordingly

- Muscle Milk (Cyto-Sport - cookies&cream) I just like the taste and its a treat for me every morning, I mix it with my oatmeal its a sweet desert a high protein "cheat" meal, and/or my morning shake with Breakfast (has more fats/cals then other proteins)
- ISO Protein (nitro-tech) my PWO shake
- Slow absorbing protein (Phase 8 Muscle-tech) My before bed shake and middle of the night shake
- BCAA
- CLA
- Fish Oils

I changed my injections to once a week I hope this goes well as I use to get lots of acne when I did this in the past, frequent injections always cleared my acne up for some reason and I always thought that was due to more stable hormones, is this true I dont know....I dont know whats true anymore, but now I run accutane with my cycles and I dont get any acne at all

Today I had the BEST training day since I got back into the gym, I felt incredible, now that I cleaned up my diet my energy is through the roof, I can see myself growing and loosing body fat almost daily and from what I have been feeling and seeing I can tell you for sure that once I add the TrenA, mast and EQ its gonna be a serious game changer in this "transformation":cool:

cooking, cooking and more cooking [sighs]....eating and cooking is at least 5-6 hours of my day, 7 hours if its my food prep day, heres another 2 days freshly made. few more weeks and ill be upping the protein to 8 oz,. Aaaaand its bedtime now !!!

73 grams of protein
4 grams fat

3/4 cup skim milk
5 ice cubes
6 strawberries
4 egg white
1 banana
1/2 cup water (optional)
5gms l-glutamine (muscle-tech)
2 scoops iso protein (nitro-tech/strawberry flavour)

you like what I did with that strawberry doesnt it look cute hahahaa

Just to add, if anyone is gonna try this out, I would suggest that you blend everything up together except the egg whites, leave that till the very end, why? cause if you blend it all together the egg whites will get frothy and will add TONS of bubbles to your shake, you dont want this as it will bloat you and give you gas, when you add the egg whites at the end just "mix" it for a second or two and your GTG, just a little tip, enjoy

And here we go again, I really need to get an extra cookie sheet so I can cook more then 1.5 - 2 days at a time, maybe tomorrow Ill go get one and then I can cook 3-4 days at once, I need at least 4 meals a day at the moment, I will be upping it soon

just got in another order this morning had to reload on some more supps, no more Muscle Milk for me Im almost done the jug that I have, it will be replaced with Nitro-tech iso protein from MT. I also took out the LivClean and replaced it with extra strength NAC (1000mg/tab), pretty fast shipping from BB.com. Training has been going GREAT as well, I see good results and its only been about a month, strength is climbing pretty fast and I definitely see fat melting away, this next few weeks is gonna be even better as everything is in full swing. Im not using the heaviest weight right now but Im really pumping the muscles up and it feels great, skin tearing pumps. Diet has been going great as well, I had a few cheat meals here and there, I had a steak the other day and some sushi, and wow did it taste AWSOME lol, it was so flavourful it made my face tingle for some reason haha. Right now im training early noon and Im not eating breakfast really, when I wake up I take some vitamins and have a shake, couple caffeine pills and then off to the gym, my goal right now is to burn as much fat as I can and as fast as I can, once I get to where Im "leaner" and I look ok then I will start eating a decent breakfast before I train and also use a slow release protein before bed as I dont want to risk burning muscle, but for now I want to use my extra body fat as an energy source.

If your training at noon you most definately want to eat breakfast and possibly another meal in between. Skipping meals most likely wont make you leaner. If you want a fat burning effect in the morning remove carbs from your first meal. Just protein and fats veggies wouldnt hurt to throw in. ( example 10 egg whites 1tbspn coconut oil 1cup spinach) this can prime your body to be more efficient at burning fat. Try to have breakfast early 6-7am that way 10am rolls around you can have another meal potatoes/chicken essantial fatty acids (omegas) i choose potatoes because they faster to digest. When weight training your focus is always performance doesnt matter if your trying to lean out or not. i hope that was helpful! If you ever have a question dont hesitate to ask! hey bro, ya I will defiantly be needing some advice on my diet in the near future, hope you dont mind:), I had to change it up a tad as I was feeling way too weak in the gym, I broke everything down and my fats and carbs were way to low, fats was under 5 grams per meal and carbs was around the same maybe 10, I feel so much better as I added more fats and carbs, but still needs some tweaking for sure, Im done shocking my body and now its time to do things healthier so I have the energy in the gym.
Things are much different for me then before as Im in my wheelchair all day except for when I hit the gym or when I go out and I dont go out at all, also I can barely do cardio as my prosthetic hurts when putting to much pressure on it, this mean no squats and deads and I dont move as much as a "normal" person so Im now taking more fat burners then before and need to watch what I eat to even things out, I really have to get things on point as Ill gain fat in my mid section much easier. In the gym I try not to take as much rest in between sets like i did before, this will hopefully help out with burning more fat, little adjustment like that is what I must do now, but it isnt gonna stop me from hitting my goals and I plan on being in the best shape of my life, within a year.

Just an observation, but maybe you are training too hard too quick and dieting too hard too quick. That's a massive shock to your system going on and I'd hate it to come to an abrupt halt due to being too impatient.

On way or another I just know you'll get there somehow tho!

hey thx bro, I try to be as honest as I can with results and reviews, the way I see it is Im always trying to learn more and if I stretch the truth or lie...its gonna get me nowhere and no one cares so I'll only be lying too myself and that hurts no one but me and I wanna get some SERIOUS gains ;)

today I just started Tren Ace @200mgs EOD:D, my absolute favorite compound, im debating if I should do 100mgs ED, im gonna sleep on it tonight and see, Im also planning to add HGH to this cycle hopefully I can afford it in a month or so, but this time I REALLY wanna try pharm grade HGH and see if there is a difference compared with Chinese generic HGH

I think Muscletech gets a bad name because they make a watered down Wall Mart line, but I'm happy with the fish oil I use from them, I'm thinking about trying a protein.

This is my progress so far, from May 9th to July 28th, as you all know I had an accident where I lost my left leg and few toes to my right leg also Im in a wheelchair, this changes everything in my body, at the moment I cant do any cardio (hopefully soon as I am in the progress of getting a new prosthetic leg), so burning fat is alot slower and harder for me as I dont "move" as much as a normal person, also I think the digestion of food is slower as well, I am learning new things about my body everyday, pretty much goin by trail and error. when I started this "cycle" my diet was very strict and clean but that ended about 3 weeks ago as I had to start packing for my move into my new house so lately I just been trying to get in high protein, medium/low carbs and low fat meals. Gear is the same cycle but I have not added any masteron or GH to it yet, but hopefully soon:), nips are a little puffy I will be adding in nolva fairly soon @20mgs EOD. My plans are to keep on this cycle, clean my diet up and go hard for another 3 months with masteron and GH in the mix.

Man you’re amazing. You should be proud of your resilience. I've never met you, but I am in awe. I hope you don't mind me saying it. All the hard work is paying off.

When you say food digestion is slow, do you mean metabolism, or actually digestion? My Dr. told me the two don’t impact each other. Digestion is just how fast it moves through your entire system, where metabolism is how fast your body uses the energy derived from the food. At least that is what I am told, not sure it matters a whole lot. The metabolic is what we care about.

Anyways, it is nice to meet you and the best to you.
