This is cycle as reminder Wk1-6 dbol Wk1-10 400ml deca Wk1-10 400ml equipoise Wk1-14 700ml test e Well all was going good only second week in But so far have put all pins in glutes Not great not really had pip but pin last night and have little lumpish sore thing Misses just recons just bit build up of oil so have to man up and start pinning in quads and rotate Would she be right in thinking that just buildup of oil Also second thing don't know if anythingn to do with cycle but my delts are s:confused:ore ish everyday like I've worked them out everyday Was thinking this may just be dbol giving pumps and my boxing is lot of shoulder work as punching can take toll and my shoulders just pumped ?? |

For what it's worth I always pin my quads. I try to change leg if I remember (now I don't seem to get any pip it's not always obvious which one I did last) and work my way up and down each leg. I wouldn't be able to see what I'm doing if I did my glutes. Maybe one day. |
i dont do it myself my misses is nurse so i dont even look thats why dnt wantquads as i would be able to see
and before i ever touched juice i was terrified of needles im not bad now but still wouldnt want to see i got it ready the other day and misses was laughing as i coldnt stop shakeing and im only at end of week 2 so nothing really to report seems to be going ok had quite a bit of shrinkage of nuts so far but as expected |

havent not been training just training recently is same every week so didnt want to bore people
was thinking of changing it up a little with making 2 working sets instead of the 1 cycle all good so nothing to report there |
just little update on thing
things are going well had some good stength gains but due to cold last 2 weeks just havent had it in me even missed gym but starting to feel better so pushing gear wise all seems to be going good one problem was last night run out of 23g needles and opened new box and these ones was 21g 1.5inc and fuck they hurt somewhat think ill have to get some 23g ordered wasnt that bad but after 3 pins bit sore thats about it |
