havent not been training just training recently is same every week so didnt want to bore people
was thinking of changing it up a little with making 2 working sets instead of the 1 cycle all good so nothing to report there |
just little update on thing
things are going well had some good stength gains but due to cold last 2 weeks just havent had it in me even missed gym but starting to feel better so pushing gear wise all seems to be going good one problem was last night run out of 23g needles and opened new box and these ones was 21g 1.5inc and fuck they hurt somewhat think ill have to get some 23g ordered wasnt that bad but after 3 pins bit sore thats about it |
