Adventure time!!
Me in a nutshell-
Age: 27 Height: 5'11" Weight: 170(yes I really am skinny:() Chest:42" Arms:15" Waist:32" Injuries: Bad ankle with five pins(25% of normal movement) femer-plate with 4 pins(just mild soreness) Broken colar bone(never reattached) knee pain(the usual) Old goal- cut the fat to get ready for summer from 198lbs New Goal- Get Huge and be all around awesome I want to do a my first cycle, but before I do after some advice from CC I am going to switch up my routine, i've revamped my goal(above) and I need to order more gear. I am going to run a basic NOOB(thats me) cycle of testosterone enanthate 250 twice a week for 10 weeks. I am also going to get dbol incase I puss out cause of the pins (doubt it though). But first the prep!! |
yesterday was the first day of new routine. no juice yet.
Back, biceps, triceps Over head tricep push 4 sets 12-10-10-6 superset-75 degree bench curls one arm at a time. 4 sets 10-10-10-8 dumbel skull crushers 3 sets 10-10-8 superset-75 degree bench curls both arms 3 sets 10-8-6(tried to do more reps but died) dead lifts 3 sets 10-10-8 Standing barbell rows 3 sets 10-10-6(tried to do more) Tricep push downs flat bar and rope I do these together as a superset last. I do heavy weight with the bar until failure dont rest move to the rope light weight perfect form until failure. Did it three times. finished off the back with wide gripped pullups. 3 sets 6-5-4 I literally had nothing left. I will not do back and biceps together again next time i will do back and chest together. yesterday kicked my ass. Right now i am trying to focus on moving up in weight so every set I move up in weight and on the last set that is as far as I could go. Thank you CC for telling me to focus on my back more(it has never been so sore). |
Test Enanthate at 500mg per week will give you great gains.
Dianabol for a first cycle is excellent especially if you don't like needles. The basic first cycle would go like this: Week 1 - 15mg per day Week 2 - 25mg per day Week 3 - 40mg per day Week 4 - 50mg per day Week 5 - 50mg per day Week 6 - 40mg per day Week 7 - 25mg per day Week 8 - 15mg per day There are few people that will tell you that 8 weeks is to long on Dianabol, However you will be tapering up and down which will not be as stressful as doing 50mg a day for 4 or 6 weeks! Basic Nolvadex advice: You can either take it from day 1 at 20mg per day for the whole cycle, Or keep it on hand just in case things flare up! PCT(Post Cycle Therapy): Days 1 - 5 = 100mg Clomid Days 6 - 10 = 50mg Clomid Days 1 - 21 = 20mg Nolva The PCT is there if you wish to use it, If I'm Tapering down I generally do not use PCT. If doing the Test Cycle you may want to use PCT as there is not give for tapering down. Which training program have you decided to go with? |
I read through alot of the ones you had and what you were doing most of last year. Easy had a good post also that seemed to be speaking directly to me(why we fail to build muscle). I figured I have to do something about getting more sleep and also need to pay attention to my CNS recovery. But to answer you question i have not decided completly right now i am implementing more rest, less exercises, focus on heavier weights and like you advised I am going to work opposite body parts ie. "back and chest" "bis and tris" instead of "chest and tris" and "shoulders and bis". When i start my cycle I want to give your german volume training a good go.

Alright got back from back packing on sunday and my 2 day 24 mile back packing trip turned into 2 day 30 mile death march. I got lost on the way back and ended up hiking an extra 6 miles on top of an already exhausting 12 mile day. needless to say i have yet again lost weight 164 lbs (backpacking is terrible for people trying to gain weight). Not to mention the physical toll the trip has taken on my body I will not be able to continue lifting till maybe wed or probably thursday(I could not get out of bed with out my cane monday). any one have a set of legs they want to trade? mine are shot!!

Alright still limping around today and my diet has gone to sh*t last couple days (work stress). Paid for my gear order. Hitting the weights tommorow.

Congrats on the back pack dude it's always worth it.
Not easy carrying all that extra muscle though. I've done a few 100/200 mile backpacks myself, completely self sufficient, food, stove fuel the lot. it ain't easy. |
Yeah I love the solitude. If you havent already you should look up ultralight backpacking. Basically My pack base weight(shelter, clothes, stove, sleeping bag and any thing else that is not food or water) is 9lbs. Most people have a base weight of 25-40lbs. Makes me able to still back pack with my injuries and able to go 18 miles in a day which would be very very difficult with a 40lb pack.

Alright I hit the gym today harder Keifer Sutherland hits the bottle. I did not do super sets today. And I am still going up in weight every set. No juice yet.
Bis and tris Db over head triceps push 4*12-12-10-10 the last three reps were assisted Seated 75 degree db curls 3*10-8-8 Db skull crushers 4*10-9-8-8 Standing hammer curls 3*10-8-6 Db tricep kick backs(I don't usually do this exercise but thought I would try it) 3*10-10-8 Wide grip bb curls 3*10-9-8 Tricep push downs flat bar/single handed cables. I went heavy on the bar and light prefect form on the single hand ones. Superset(gave it what I had left) Flat bar 3*8-6-6 single hand 3*8-8-6 Concentration curls(bah!!!) 3*8-6-5 Knees still hate me feels good to get in the gym though. |

I love it when you walk into gnc and there is a chick there that doesn't appear to have tried any of the products within the store insisting on assisting me in finding a weight gainer. And then proceeding to try to take my entire supplement regiment and give me a gnc PAC saying it's just as good. Ugh oh well got my gainer. Beeen hitting the good food hard too had a bowl of flax seed cereal can of tuna half a pound beef patty 2 salmon filets 8-10 oz and three cups cooked rice and a shake dinner here I come.

Ball crunches 3*25-20-20 Leg press 3*12-10-8 Hanging Leg lifts super set side leg lifts right and left. 3*15front+8R+8L Leg extensions 3*10-10-8 Ab machine 3*10-10-8 Leg curls 3*10-10-8 Leg adductors 3*10-8-6 leg abductors 3*10-8-8 TIME!!! How'd I do? was I fast? Workout felt good!!! And I got my darts in the mail woo hoo still eaten good can't wait to do shoulders but am practicing staying out of the gym to let my body recover so I can gain. I guess I could start the juice I have 10 ml test e and another ten should be here soon hmmm...??? |

Just pinned for my first time 1 ml of gp test e 250. Oh man I feel sooo strong I could probably push over an oak tree JK. But to be honest it did not hurt at all!!! The gear was smooth as they say. Now lets see some results. And I'm running .5 anastrozole every other day.

One armed Db shoulder press seated 4*10-10-8-6 Seated military press 3*8-6-4 Arnold press 3*8-8-6 Front raises (cable) 3*10-8-8 Superset lateral raises (cable) 3*10-8-8 I was able to move up in weight and the reps I did felt stronger. For the shoulder press I was able to get two more reps with the 70 lb db. For military press I went up ten pounds not much but hey my goal is to grow and get stronger so I'm feelin good. Can't wait till the juice actually kicks in. |

Chest and tri's Overhead Db tricep push 4*10-10-10-8( I am out growing my gym db set in one area it stops at 100lbs) Bench press machine 3*10-8-4 Db skull crushers 3*8-8-6 Db Decline flys(don't usually do these decline) 3*8-8-6 Tricep push down(rope) 3*10-8-8 Cable flys 4*10-8-8-6 One handed tricep PULL down hand 3*8 I don't know why but did some forearms also held a 80 lb barbel behind my back and roll down to finger tips and back up to my palms I have no clue what they are called. Alright I felt real good today definitely stronger I don't think the gear should be kicking in yet so I must be making these strength gains on my own. WOOT WOOT!! |
No gym last night it was a rest day but ate well and had my second pin. This time I tried using the same needle that I drew up the liquid with meaning it had to peirce the vial before my skin and let me tell you to any noobs switching the needle to a fresh one after drawing your liquid makes a huge difference!!

LOL) 3*10-8-8 Flat Bar Curls 3*8(I did these in a rack that forced me to slow down my curl motion and that really worked me) One armed seated rows 3*10-8-8 incline bench curls 3*8-8-6 pull ups(assisted) 3*8-8-7 bicep machine 3*6 Ok so yesterday I had every excuse in the world to not have a good work out and still got a decent one. First of all i did not have my head phones, and i dont know about you guys but I get alot more motivated when I dont have to hear the old ladies around me talking(Yes my gym actually has alot of old ladies in it, im leaving it soon as my daughter finishes her swim season). I also dont have to listen to my self strain which is kind of embarasing around a bunch of old ladies. Any way back feels a little tight today I imagine tomorrow I will really feel it on my leg and ab day.....hahahhaha |
As I participate in the contest the paid section is having I cant help but think "how would i spend the money if i won?". Since i have dbol on its way i was thinking I would get primo and test and run a stack of dbol test e and primo...... If any body is reading my insane rants feel free to throw out a cyce suggestion.

Ok I wanted to do legs today but there was no way... my leg that I pinned in is experiencing muscle pain. I read cc log on guide to post injection muscle pain and think it might be cause I'm a noob using a new site or maybe it's cause when I did it last time I was shaking like like there was an earthquake in my living room. But could not do legs any way. Got my second order from GBN so I will run the dbol for the next three weeks 30 mg a day also with the test 250 and arimidex .5 mg eod and liv 52 ed.

Saturday-shoulders Seated one armed shoulder press 4*10-10-8-8 Shoulder shrugs 3*10(I need to go get some wrist wraps I have tiny hands) Seated military press 3*10-8-8 One armed front raises(cable) 3*8 One armed lateral raises(cable) 3*8 shoulder machine 3*6 Sunday-Chest and tris Over head tricep push 4*12-10-10-10 Next time im going to start with bench press machine maybe that will tire out my tris a little before i get to this exercise. Bench press machine 3*10-8-8 EZ bar skull crushers 3*10-8-8 Bench Flys 3*10-8-10 Dips 3*10-10-8 Standing cable flys(starting high ending low) 3*10-10-8 one armed tricep pull down 3*10-8-8 standing cable flys(starting lower finishing higher) 3*10-8-8 Alright the gear is really kicking in now im assuming its the d-bol and wow. strength went up and its just like heavier weghts are lighter and I have a lot in the tank. I recover like a savage right now which reminds me I need to PM CC and see how far I can push my body or is CNS recovery still going to be an issue in my gains? cant wait for back day tomorrow!! well got to get eating. ahhaha Ps my legs are so dam screwed up between my ankle, hip and my knee which since the last back packing trip has been much worse than ever i think i might have tendon issues cause now im getting pain under the knee cap and that was not there before oh well i'll just rest. Im not doing any more surgeries right now. |
Maybe you should get some lighter backpacking kit lol. Just joking mate.
The workouts appear to be going really good for you, just don't over do it on the extra weight too soon. |

Cycle Update week 2 ends
cycle:
weeks 1-10 Test E 250 1ml twice a week weeks 2-4 dbol 30 mg a day weeks 1-10 Anastrozole .5 mg EOD ok so i was haveing quite a bit post injection muscle pain after the first two injections both thigh injections in opposite thighs. but the second injections at the same sites went very well with little post injection muscle pain. After the third injection i dont know why but i got cold sweats and nasea bad right after injection but went away within ten mins. I chalked it up to chemical over load i had taken dbol anastrozol liv 52(2pills) and then gave myself and injection all before breakfast(the only time of day i have an empty stomache). Since then i do not take dbol or liv52 with out having food in my stomache and everything has been fine. Strength is up and tolerance is down. |

Back and bis Dead lifts 4*10-10-10-8(went up 20lbs) Standing rows 4*12-10-8-8(went up ten pounds) Standing curls 3*12-10-10(moved up and back down 50-55-50) Seated one armed cable rows 3*10-10-8 Standing lat pul downs straight arms 3*10-8-8(went up and then down) Standing flat bar curls in box rack(grip slightly wider than shoulders) 4*10-8-8-6 Close grip lat pulldown(using handles) 4*10-10-8-8 Incline bench curls 2*8-6(lol running out of juice) Assisted pull-ups 3*9-8-8(I looked like such a swole pussy by this time) Curl machine just killed um did not keep track did some starters and finishers. Forearms- held 80 pound barbel behind my back and rolled it down to finger tips and back up to the top of the palm flexing tricep and forearm at the top. I am loving my cycle so far. Pumps in the gym are insane and strength is going up every work out atleast a little. I have been stuck at the same plateau for almost a year before this. Woot woot |

Felt like a monster in the gym I did not want to leave. Loving life right now. |
Ok that was the second night I have had a hard time sleeping!!! I think the 1MR might be keeping me up at night. I work out at around 4 in the afternoon and at 10 I am still partying. which is not good cause i get up at 4:30-5 and start again. but the week end is here and i will have plenty of time to catch zzz and some rays.

I'm pretty friendly and try to acknowledge everyone that makes eye contact. But today seems like people were avoiding me lol... I look way bigger for some reason but weight gain so far has only been about 3 pounds where is it coming from? And how big will I get? This is a fun experiment I am thinking about uping the anastrozole to keep water bloat more repressed idk though??? |

I feel like I look way bigger and like I said before my pumps are amazing right now I'm still not sleeping as well as I was but I have had a hard time sleeping in the past. Can't wait to do legs hopefully they will benefit in the way I hoped from the cycle.... I'm goin to take a volume approach to my legs due to their condition. I don't think my ankle can take more than the deads I'm doing. Any one has any questions or coments please chime in.. |
