AND SO IT BEGINS...Since I started getting back into things, the first 2 days of my "diet" I dropped 9lbs of weight, most likely all water...yes im in that bad of shape

yesterday was a super hard day for me I was sooo fukin sore, so bloated and almost puked couple times trying to get my meals in, I went from eating maybe twice a day to eating 5 meals a day with 3 shakes, I was eating my lean ground turkey and just could not get it down.... so what did I do...LOL, I blended it up with water and downed it, OMG dont try that, so now I think im gonna make my meals a tad smaller and eat a few more times a day and see how that works, Im also gonna add in a cheat meal once a week, I shoulda eased my way into this diet, but thats too late now lol, will check back in a a day or two

I have decided to drop the dbols and add primo also dropped the deca down to 400mgs/EW, after I got out of the hospital 1.5-2 years ago my body just isnt the same as it use to be, I dont wanna push it with orals, especially when im running accutane with my cycle, I definitely dont wanna end back in there with another kidney issue, imo this is the safest way to go. After 12 weeks or so of deca my muscles should be back in decent shape and my joints should be nicely lubed up, I will then drop the deca, here is when the fun will start as I will be focusing on conditioning the muscles, Ill be adding EQ, tren and mast with my prop and primobolan.

oh as for my training in the gym, I am not able to follow my usually training splits yet as Im getting VERY sore for few days after so right now Im just training what ever muscles that aint sore, soon everything will fall into place and it will be back to normal

just got in another order this morning had to reload on some more supps, no more Muscle Milk for me Im almost done the jug that I have, it will be replaced with Nitro-tech iso protein from MT. I also took out the LivClean and replaced it with extra strength NAC (1000mg/tab), pretty fast shipping from BB.com. Training has been going GREAT as well, I see good results and its only been about a month, strength is climbing pretty fast and I definitely see fat melting away, this next few weeks is gonna be even better as everything is in full swing. Im not using the heaviest weight right now but Im really pumping the muscles up and it feels great, skin tearing pumps. Diet has been going great as well, I had a few cheat meals here and there, I had a steak the other day and some sushi, and wow did it taste AWSOME lol, it was so flavourful it made my face tingle for some reason haha. Right now im training early noon and Im not eating breakfast really, when I wake up I take some vitamins and have a shake, couple caffeine pills and then off to the gym, my goal right now is to burn as much fat as I can and as fast as I can, once I get to where Im "leaner" and I look ok then I will start eating a decent breakfast before I train and also use a slow release protein before bed as I dont want to risk burning muscle, but for now I want to use my extra body fat as an energy source.
