1st cycle
Im in my 1st cycle any tips on any different ways of training.... right now i do
Mon. chest and back
Tues & Fri. bies and tris
Thurs. & Sun. cardio.
Wens. and Sat. legs
each day i do cardio and abs
my goal is to get a little bigger and cut up... got to have my abs right for summer, ya know..
Im open for anything guys...
