workout routines
So since I apparently lost mine, does anyone have a link or something for a solid strength gain workout routine/program???
I used to have one I had from when I used to do my lifting for football back in the day, It had type of exercises, reps, sets, bodyweight percentages everything but I lost it so if someone can help me out it would be appreciated!!! Thanks KCCO |
you could try P.O.F TRAINING OR GVT TRAINING .. THEY BOTH WORK REALLY GREAT IN THE STRENGTH AND POWER AREA OF TRAINING..
