I am weighing in right now at 230. I do 100 pushups straight everyday. I think if i pushed myself 150 would not be to hard to hit.

I also did 110 push ups in two mins while i was in the Army,back in 1993...lol.got the P.T. stud patch....i do not..i repeat do not do them any more!!

not everyone will want to post a video the exception would be to record it from back.

i got 86. form kinda fell out in the end, im finding that body weight excercises get a lot harder near the end of a cycle with the extra weight. seems my stamina goes up (or weight goes down) after a few months off cycle. like the contest idea though, form is everything

do you think doing daily max number of reps in push-ups will somehow affect muscle quality? like you will get more visible fibers?

when i take off from the weights for 3 weeks, i do a prison workout. 800 pushups in 35 mins. i then do trash bags with water in them for arm curls. you should try it. it hits the different parts of the biceps. another thing is get rope or a towel and get 12 milk jugs with water in them. you can do lateral raises with them. again it hits differents parts of your delts that the weights wont hit. it will shock your body. i do this for 3 weeks 3 times a week. then i take off for 2 weeks.
