Thanks for the advice! I have been having positive results from this first cycle. I will say that more research would have been great for me which is why I am very happy that I found this site. Everyone has been extremely helpful and it means a lot to interact with a community that is so willing to give a helping hand. This is my first cycle and im a little hesitant to just stop now, I was wanting to gain weight and strength and so far have been successful. Only draw back with th test is a little pain at injection site, not to bad about like getting a flu shot. Will definitely keep you guys up to date with my progress. If all works out I would definitely be interested in running a more advanced cycle.

I do push-up and chin ups that's all. I like doing them at maximum amount of reps I can.

when i take off from the weights for 3 weeks, i do a prison workout. 800 pushups in 35 mins. i then do trash bags with water in them for arm curls. you should try it. it hits the different parts of the biceps. another thing is get rope or a towel and get 12 milk jugs with water in them. you can do lateral raises with them. again it hits differents parts of your delts that the weights wont hit. it will shock your body. i do this for 3 weeks 3 times a week. then i take off for 2 weeks.
