Body weight exercise?
Does anyone add in Body Weight Exercises to your workout routine?
At the end of a chest workout i like to do 3 different sets of pushups to failure. Anyone else do things like this. |
i do a lot of plyometrics after my weight lifting. some are body weight some are not.

I do quite a lot too, Push ups are great as are chin ups and dips
I used to go to a circuit class that was all about using your own bodyweight for a workout, really fast paced |
Interesting. I never really see people do body weight exercise at the gym, but they are great for you. After a hard workout, bodyweight exercise to burn out.

I do push-ups, chin ups and sit ups at home when I don't have time to go to gym

I will do bodyweight excercises the odd time BUT on their own days as overtraining is soooo easy if one is not carefull.....

Thanks for the advice! I have been having positive results from this first cycle. I will say that more research would have been great for me which is why I am very happy that I found this site. Everyone has been extremely helpful and it means a lot to interact with a community that is so willing to give a helping hand. This is my first cycle and im a little hesitant to just stop now, I was wanting to gain weight and strength and so far have been successful. Only draw back with th test is a little pain at injection site, not to bad about like getting a flu shot. Will definitely keep you guys up to date with my progress. If all works out I would definitely be interested in running a more advanced cycle.

I do push-up and chin ups that's all. I like doing them at maximum amount of reps I can.

Just push ups after chest I just love the pump!
