Packs of kids round the bench press

loads of 'kids' well ok i'm getting old!!! ha ha
i mean students with mobiles tet and hogging everything, the day will come at some point soon where i end up losing it with them.

mobiles, people who sit on the benches having a phone conversation while your waiting to use the bench!
Teens who shout and grunt when curling 5kg! While rocking backwards and forwards to get the weight up!

At my gym there are a few kids who will come in sagged jeans showing their boxers, tight fitting shirts and a baseball hat on backwards, sideways, crooked and leaning forward, whatever.

These are usually the kids who weigh about 150lbs and walk around as if they own the gym. This is not a fashion show, this is the gym. I've been tempted on more than one occasion to give em a swift kick in the head

That awkward moment when you think you are going to do a silent fart..but it comes out like a machine gun!
