Hello guys and girls well this is what ive being having for the past coulpe of days when i get up simple healthy great for cutting and bulking.
100gs of wholegrain flour (real wholegrain flour thats used to make really dense brown bread. mix it up with 3whole eggs and 4egg whites put it on a pan to cook then eat doesnt take 5 mins to do all the mixing and cooking feels like your cheating when your not helps you keep a level head when cutting

the amount of eggs and flour will change person to person bt this is what i do getthe best non stick pan also us a tiny bit of cocnut oil only need it once on the pan perfect everytime
ends up with 45gs of protien just under 70gs of carbs and just over 15gs of fat very nice with a bit of splenda also.
