Total Time: 35 Minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 2 Cups of 2% Milk 1 1/2 Cups of Fat-Free Cottage Cheese 1 Pack Sugar-Free,Fat-Free Jello Butterscotch Instant Mix 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder Directions: Blend 1.5 cups cottage cheese with 1 cup milk until thick and creamy. Blend in remaining milk. Blend in pudding mix and protein powder. Cover and chill until set.
