does anyone have any good recipes when it comes tword using ground buffalo (or beef)? either high carb meals for ealier in the day or lower carb for later in the night.
i usualy just season it with cayenne,garlic(minced),and differnt peppers depending on if i want it to have a kick. then ill either throw the meat on the forman gril and make a burger patty with no bun or ill grind it up and cook it with stir fry veggies. thing is that gets old and now i need some new ideas.
today i made speghetti with buffalo,whole wheat pasta, and my own sauce and it was pretty damn good.
