F.I.S.T. QUICK HAM & EGG SANDWICH Ingredients: 1 Wheat Roll 2 Whole eggs 1 Egg White 2 Slices Low Fat/Low Sodium Ham Directions: Spray a glass dish with non stick coconut cooking spray. Pour eggs into it with a pinch of salt & pepper and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds or until firm.Remove and set aside. Place ham on dish and microwave on high for for 1 minute. Slice roll and place eggs and ham into it and heat it all for another 30 seconds. EAT!! Easy enough?? Nutritional Info: Calories: 307 Protein: 28g Carbs: 33g Fat: 7g Sodium: 400mg Cholesterol: 180mg |
