F.i.s.t. Jack daniels flank steak

F.I.S.T. JACK DANIELS FLANK STEAK Total Time: 25 Hrs (With Marinating overnight) Servings: 4 Ingredients: 2 lbs of Flank Steak (trimmed) 1 Cloves of Minced Garlic 2 Tsp of Mustard Powder 1/4 Cup of Jack Daniels Whiskey 2 Tbsp of Canola Oil Directions: Score flank steak,about 1/8 inch deep in a diamond pattern and set aside. Mash the garlic with the mustard. Stir in the Whiskey and oil. Place steak and marinade mixture in a ziploc bag and refrigerate overnight. Set out at room temp about 1 hr before cooking. Remove steak from marinade and reserve marinade. Grill (or broil) on high for 3-5 minutes per side. Heat reserved marinade in a small pan and bring to a boil. Slice the steak across the grain into 1/4 thick slices and serve with heated marinade.
