F.i.s.t. Chili lime pork loin

F.I.S.T. CHILI LIME PORK LOIN Ingredients: 1 Boneless Pork Loin 4-5lbs 1 11oz Jar of Chili Lime Salsa 2 Tbsp of Habenero sauce (Optional but I like it hot) Directions: Place roast on a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1-1/2 hours. Combine Salsa and Habenero sauce in a bowl. Remove pork loin from over and cover with 1 cup of sauce and bake for another 45-55 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. Baste roast a couple more times during this time with sauce.
