Peanut Butter Granola squares,
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Light Coconut Milk, canned
• 64g Natural Peanut Butter
• 30g Molasses
• 26g Ground Flaxseed
• 1 tsp Butterscotch Extract
• 4 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 192g Oats
• 110g Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
Method:
1. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper both ways, set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Step 1 ingredients.
3. Whisk in the protein powder, and salt (it should be viscous/thick/syrupy looking).
4. Fold in the oats, then fold in the rice krispies.
5. When mixture is fully mixed, pour it into the prepared brownie pan and flatten the surface.
6. Freeze covered for a day and a half then slice.
7. Once sliced, these can stay in the fridge or freezer
Be warn i could not stop eating them ! they were meant to last me a few days but lasted an hour
