Bpi Pump-HD

Using pump-HD blue ice lemonade by bpi as pre workout, flavor is great and smooth without clumping.....gives you a sure boost.

Directions say to take it 15-30min prior, I have been taking 45min prior and i feel as i get more out of it this way.
