Yes Robbie still off with my back, But also still training. Just had to change a few things and no deadlifts or anything bent over. But all is good thanks m8.

good to hear man , how did ya get on with the HGH ? im quite interested in it , what dose did you use ?

Yeah it went well. I was doing 4iu a day, it leaned me up a bit and helped with a few injuries I had.

Glad you guys enjoyed the vid. Temple Gym is like no other I've trained in. Knowing that Dorian trained there for his Olympia victories makes it even more special.
