Jackson’s five: Back tips.
Veteran competitor Richard “Tricky” Jackson won his first pro contest in August when he was the 202 winner at the Europa Super Show. Tricky, who was seventh at the Olympia 202 Showdown, shares with us his top five back training tips and his typical back routine.

nice bit of info there , ive started doing chins and shrugs in my warm up routine recently also ..

Now i started to do Dumbbell Bent-over Row as my lats are not so wide as i would like and this exercise helps me to concentrate more on each lat.
