The best time to train each day
Contrary to popular belief, there’s really no right or wrong time to train each day. Everyone has different schedules and some people are simply busier than others. The key is to find a training time that is conducive to your personal fitness goals.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re looking to burn fat, then exercising in the morning is probably your best bet. Your testosterone levels are highest in the morning and you’ll have more energy to increase the intensity of your workouts. Training in the morning has also been proven to boost your metabolism levels throughout the day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If your goal is to build lean muscle, then you might want to consider training in the evening. This is when your strength, stamina and flexibility levels are at their peak. Once your workout is complete, you can fuel your body with the proper protein sources. This will allow your torn muscle fibers to recovery uninterrupted throughout the night when you’re sleeping.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember that you don’t grow in the gym…you simply create the demand for growth by tearing your muscle fibers. Growth occurs when you supplement those muscle fibers with the proper nutrition at the right times. |
