Your Training Routine
Everyone has their very own thoughts of training but when your training five times a week and you’re not gaining any muscle, you are most likely not giving your body sufficient time to recover. Try to cut back your schedule to 3 or 4 days a week. If you are training 1 or 2 times a week, and your not improving, your body might need additional stimulation, in an effort to build more muscle.
Make sure that you are working all of your body parts, working just the arms as well as the chest won’t stimulate enough testosterone. The more testosterone that you produce during your workout routine is going to help increase muscle size and energize your body. It doesn’t need be anything specific, but needs to cover your entire body!
