Training routine for cutting quads
anyone tried some which brought results?
|
Here ya go, this one DOES bring results:
Legs: Leg extension: 5 x 12 to 15 reps Squats: 5 x 15, 12, 12, 10 and 15 reps Leg press or hack squat: 5 x 15, 12, 12, 10 and 15 reps Hit this body part hard, rest for a short time then: Lunges for 3 or 4 sets in good style. This will pump and shape the thighs. Pose the thighs for a while after this workout, it will help to bring out the striations. If you want the whole cutting routine, just let me know! |
Would it be ok to do this and then 3 x 8 on the rest of the body?
|
are you training for mass or to cut up?
Why would you do a cutting routine if on a mass program? Of course you could do it if you wanted to, but why? |
Thank you CC, it seems you are good at training routines :)
Until now I was doing this leg routine. 1.Leg extensions 4x15-20 2.Squats 40x15-20 3. 45° Leg Press 4.Lever Lying Leg Curl and 2 ex for calves at 20 reps each set Then I started doing some drop sets for quads like this 1. Leg extensions 5 sets where I decrease weight after each 10 reps and I am doing 5 sets in one set. Hope I explained clearly :) So I am not sure if coming back to many reps in simple sets will help with making that middle muscle to be shown as I have only both lateral which are big enough but there are 4 so I want to see all of them. Sure I will start posing after each set to help with striation. |
Thanks Cornish Celt.
Great workout ! |
