Does anybody on here do Squats with a bench underneath them to sit on??They go from standing to sitting on bench to standing up again

Box squats are good for hamstrings but you should only use light weight.

Most guys do this bench thing because they don't know how to squat

No but I've seen it being done and tbh doesn't look like the full exercise is being completed, cop out! As low as I can go!!

ive seen it done but didnt think was right way
i was always told go as low as if was shitting in the woods lol

true true. i always thought if you were doing box squats to use a milk crate or something comparable because its low enough to get a full ROM

i love squats my daily score is 50-60 after that i feel great

tht is pure rookie style of training and thee person who thought of tht needs to be slaaped as well as the peeps tht do it and actually thinking tht there doing it right...lmao and does nothing for ya but to not give u confidence on being able to feel your way through the squat.. thts a good way to end up in pain real quick.. SOME PEOPLES CHILDREN I GUESS !!! LOL

U should never have any type of amortization in the bottom of the eccentric part of the lift when ur squatting....
