I can't do squats anymore - knackered knees!!
I have to do leg presses supersetted with extensions and lunges instead

Squats have got to be, single handedly, the worst exercise ever created. Don't get me wrong, they're amazing in terms of development but they just suck so bad to perform. Just finished leg day with the first 7 sets being 4 back squats and 3 front squats with rest-pause on the final set - was an interesting drive home.

front squats is very good as well.. but if ur not a good squatter the traditional way.. i would highly suggest tht u dont try these.. as u could seriously throw ur back out and have major life long back problems if dont incorrectly... this is deffinalty not an ego maneuver & def . needs to be evolved into.. but if done correctly is a massive quad builder.. !!!!
