size and strenght training
hear is what i have put together with what have at gym and time
please critisize if needed and have some questions along way also all workouts are 5x5 mon/ chest/triceps decline press / incline press and machine press dips /rope pushdown /kick backs or overhead question hear is as going for size and strengh i dont need to put flys in tue/ hams/calf seated leg curl/standing leg curl /stiff leg deads seated calf raise/standing calf raise hack squat just chucked this in cos thought why not weds/ back/biceps wide grip pull ups/barbell row/deadlifts/close grip cable row concertration curl/ez bar curl thrs/ traps/delts barbell overhead press/arnold curl/bent over delt raise shrugs may chuck some ab workout hear fri/ quads leg curl /leg press/squats thinking of adding something else maybe lunges any thoughts i will be doing this for 12wks cycle while on wk1-4 tbol 60-80mg ed wk1-12 test e 600mg wk1-12 deca 600mg wk1-12 bold 600mg cycle will be changed with deca droped and tren added at wk 11 to 24 this is when plan to change it up a bit with training will be doing more 4 sets of 8 sort of thing |
may swap mon with tues as just noticed deadlifting on two days in row
any thoughts or should be ok cos mon is national chest day |

Tues - Chest Wed - Back Thurs - Shoulders Fri - Hams |

It looks fine, pretty much the same as I'd do although I would probably have upright rows in there
