My workouts are not linked to seasons but more to the way I feel and the way I look. If I have to shed some lbs, I will do more cardio and lift weights on off days. If I feel skinny, I will do less cardio and hit the weights more.
What I do change is the order of the exercises or I do other exercises to shake up the muscles a bit. |
