Off Day
When it's your 'off day', do you completely leave it alone? Go for a walk to stretch out and keep the metabolism going? Sit on the couch and watch Honey bo-bo?
I almost always go do some cardio, even if it's a mild hike on my non lifting days but am I being counterproductive? Plus I'm bored as hell. |

I take 2 days off the weekend. I just relax, household chores, shopping etc. I do eat less carbs.
I used to find it difficult to at least do some sort of something on the weekend. But I actually overtrained myself and my thyroid shutdown and then another time(only injury i have had knock on wood) I ran sprints more than 3 times and pulled a quad. So now I take it easy, difficult to do at first. |
