for me its chest and bi's, when I started to train, I hit the muscles that others didnt like, which I thought were more important then other muscle groups such as quads, hams calves and forearms. I didnt like how some guys looked...like guys lacking calves or forearms..I made fun of them in my head, I was never a jerk to them just was think in my head..lol so I hit those parts first and became addicted to it so I trained them harder then chest and bi's
