depending on wht morph u are.. and what r ur goals in ur training??? as long as u have 2x the amounnt of calories going into ur body daily u should have no problem with working in the gym after ur days work.. depending how are u worked in ur labor job tht is.. if ur goal is to acheive great amouts of muclse , you mihgt want to re0think the whole labor job..
