Default Inverted rows:

This is a great exercise that targets your back, side and rear delts. It’s just like the row only you are pulling yourself up instead of pulling a barbell. From personal experience, I can say that this exercise gave me big back pumps when I did 15-20 reps.

Ha, funny you mention it. I've never really done these and decided to give them a go yesterday.

Set 1: 15
Set 2: 8
Fuck set 3

But yes, they work and had me pumped to a point that I just laid under the Smith machine for about 3 minutes before I even tried to get up.

i think tht tht a great maneuver for calisthenics but only tht... because u cant evolve to much in tht manuver due to the fact tht u cant add resistance for it.. great for a warn-up though...
