Technique, technique, Technique...you have no idea haw much I get mad watching people moving all over that freaking bench. Feet moving all around and putting more weight that they can handle...

how about put only the weight that you can handle, use a freaking spotter to keep it interesting and don't screammmmmm please. Good post. Sorry for the rant.
